- The association is open to the wives of all Knights of St. Mulumba Nigeria, dead or alive.
- All members must be practicing Catholics according to the standards required by the Catholic Church, and
- A member who changes residence from one Sub-Council to another shall qualify automatically for membership of any other Sub-Council provided she produces a letter from her former Sub-Council introducing her and stating that she is in good standing.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the organization are summarized in the Motto of the Ladies of St. Mulumba, Nigeria which is, “For the greater Glory of God and Honour of Our Blessed Virgin Mother”. The association’s aims and objectives are as follows:
1. To maintain the society of the Ladies of St. Mulumba for the good of the Catholic Church, the Country and Society at large.
2. To promote the interest of the Catholic Church and society in social religious and economic spheres.
3. To promote goodwill and fellowship among the members and other citizens of the Country and beyond.
4. To assist the Knights of Saint Mulumba to remain worthy Knights of the Church and good citizens of Nigeria.
5. To strive to make the homes, the domestic Church by leading children to the faith, being good mothers and praying for the husbands, themselves, the church and society.
6. To render spiritual, intellectual and material aids to members and the public, especially the less privileged and youths.
